How to create the widget where is the ability to change search form on the fly

Sometimes in woocomerce shop for example you have different types of products, and filter-items for one product type is not fit to another. So you are need to create 2 filter-categories and filter-sections for each of them. Then mark products by one or another filter-category and select its options there on backend. But how to create such search form wich allows filter items as one filter-category so and another?
